About the role

The client, a global investment bank, is seeking a Vice President‑level KYC Team Lead to oversee a team of KYC analysts. You will act as the bridge between front‑office, risk‑review teams and compliance, ensuring all KYC processes meet regulatory standards while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of KYC analysts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end KYC onboarding, periodic reviews and remediation.
• Collaborate with front‑office and risk‑review stakeholders to resolve client issues.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and implement process improvements.
• Report performance metrics and risk indicators to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end KYC processes.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Background in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
