About the role
Join a leading company developing synthetic affinity reagents for cell and gene therapy processes as a Laboratory Assistant. This position is ideal for adaptable individuals who are ready to support a range of operational tasks in a dynamic laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tasks in line with standard operating procedures.
- Prepare solutions and manage laboratory inventory.
- Conduct equipment verification and calibration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
- Assist with purchasing activities and coordinate external service engineers.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Biology or Chemistry (A‑Level, BTEC, HNC/HND or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK indefinitely (no sponsorship).
