Laboratory Administrator & Bendi Forklift Operator

About the role

We are a leading drinks manufacturing company based in Greenford, seeking a reliable Laboratory Administrator who can also operate Bendi and counter‑balance forklifts. The role blends laboratory administration duties with warehouse support, ensuring accurate data handling and safe pallet movements.

Key responsibilities

• Log and record laboratory samples accurately.
• Maintain laboratory records, documentation and prepare reports.
• Collect, record and organise quality and production data.
• Support quality‑control activities and general laboratory administration.
• Move and handle pallets safely across the production and warehouse areas.
• Operate Bendi and counter‑balance forklifts as required.
• Assist with pallet disposal, destruction processes and use pump trucks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid Bendi Forklift Licence.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous experience in administration, laboratory, quality, warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry skills.
• Good organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform manual handling and occasional heavy lifting.
