Labourer – 1‑Week Contract in Kendal

About the role
You will join a regional contractor on a fast‑paced commercial fit‑out project, helping to convert an existing town‑centre building into modern educational facilities. This is a 1‑week contract with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- General site labouring duties
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Assisting trades on site
- Moving materials around the site
- Assisting with deliveries, loading skips and removing waste
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous construction site experience
- Full PPE
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
