Labourer – Building Maintenance

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Labourer to join the Buildings Department at our Wokingham headquarters, supporting the Building Maintenance team in a fast‑growing medical manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage waste disposal bins on site (approximately 50% of daily duties).
- Move materials and collect building supplies using the company van.
- Perform digging, gardening, and area clearing tasks.
- Carry out general cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Labourer.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
What we offer
- Salary between £26,500 and £30,000 per year.
- 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
