Labourer (Driver) – Nationwide Installation Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Labourer (Driver) to join a specialist installation team that fits vinyl liners in swimming pools across the UK. The role is field‑based, based near Witney, and includes daily travel and overnight stays. Full one‑to‑one training will be provided over an 18‑month programme.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut and handle bespoke vinyl liners to exact specifications.
• Use handheld heat guns to heat‑weld and join vinyl sections.
• Travel to customer sites nationwide to install liners during pool construction.
• Work as part of a two‑person team to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards.
• Maintain workmanship standards while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Practical, hands‑on approach with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours and overtime.
• Reliability and motivation to learn a specialist trade.
