Labourer – Immediate Start in Weymouth

About the role
Our client, a reputable builder in Weymouth, is seeking reliable labourers for an immediate start. This is a manual, on‑site position working alongside the site team on a full‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the site team with daily construction tasks.
- Lift, move and position materials around the site as required.
- Sweep plots, pick up litter and keep the site tidy.
- Perform any additional duties requested by site supervisors.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
- Own personal protective equipment – hi‑vis vest, safety boots and hard hat.
- Valid identification and references.
- Previous experience on construction sites.
- Residence within the Weymouth area is preferred.
Required skills
- Manual handling of construction materials.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £16.40.
- Immediate start with the possibility of ongoing temporary work.
