Labourer – Residential Construction Site

About the role

RGB Recruitment is seeking a reliable Labourer to join a residential construction project in South Molton, Devon. The role is short‑term, covering the period from 15 July to 17 July, and offers hands‑on experience on an active building site. You will work closely with the Site Manager to keep the site safe, tidy and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order across the site and individual plots.
• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Transport materials, remove waste and support other trades as required.
• Report any hazards or issues promptly to maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Driving licence preferred due to the site’s location.
• Previous experience on a busy construction site is advantageous.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required skills

• CSCS certification.
