Labourer – Residential Sites

About the role
We are recruiting Labourers for residential construction sites in Newbury. Both long‑term and short‑term assignments are available, offering flexibility to match your availability. The role involves supporting the site team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on site with general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred (not essential).
- Valid CSCS card if required.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
