About the role
We are looking for a reliable Labourer/Yard Operative to join our team in Aylesham. The role involves hands‑on work in the yard and warehouse, supporting daily operations and ensuring a tidy, safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dismantle cases using handheld tools.
- Break down pallets and manage waste material.
- Maintain cleanliness of the yard and warehouse areas.
- Occasionally drive equipment to site, adhering to safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a labourer, yard or tools‑focused role.
- Valid driving licence for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.
Required skills
- Handheld tool operation.
- Pallet dismantling.
- Vehicle operation (up to 3.5 t).
