Landlord & Tenant Fee Earner – Real Estate Solicitor

About the role

Reed is seeking an experienced Landlord & Tenant Fee Earner to join its leading Real Estate team in Farnborough. The role offers a commercial, client‑facing environment with a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work alongside senior partners and a supportive legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering lease renewals, lease management, acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, re‑gears, relocations and property refinancing.
• Negotiate and structure strategic lease agreements, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
• Collaborate closely with Real Estate Partners, Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals.
• Work with the Corporate team on business acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified Senior Solicitor or Legal Director with at least 5+ years PQE in real estate, specifically landlord and tenant matters.
• Proven ability to manage a wide range of real estate transactions independently.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client care skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Commercial property law knowledge.
• Lease negotiation expertise.
