Landlord & Tenant Solicitor – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landlord & Tenant Solicitor to join our London team. The role involves advising housing associations, registered providers and private landlords on a wide range of property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle disrepair claims, possession proceedings, succession issues and lease disputes.
• Manage service charge disputes and other tenancy-related litigation.
• Support clients in the administration of their property portfolios.
• Work on high‑value cases that are frequently heard in UK courts.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of post‑qualification experience in landlord and tenant law.
• Previous experience working with housing associations or similar clients.
• Driven individual looking to develop a career in property litigation.
• Strong organisational abilities and proficient IT skills.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and case law.
• Litigation experience in property disputes.
• Effective use of legal research tools and case management software.
