Landscape Gardening Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced landscaper to step up as a Landscape Gardening Supervisor. You will lead a small team delivering high‑quality hard and soft landscaping projects across Hertfordshire, North London and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on‑site.
• Plan and organise daily workloads to meet project deadlines.
• Carry out hard and soft landscaping tasks such as paving, patios, fencing, decking, turfing, lawn installation, planting and groundworks.
• Read and interpret landscaping plans and specifications.
• Ensure excellent workmanship, attention to detail and high health‑and‑safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and project managers.
• Train and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in landscape gardening.
• Experience leading or supervising a landscaping team.
• Strong knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• CSCS card and relevant landscaping qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
