About the role

Join a fast‑growing landscaping company serving Gloucestershire with a hands‑on supervisory position. As the Landscaping Supervisor you will lead a team of up to ten operatives, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on time, and to the highest client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of up to 10 landscape operatives.
• Act as the primary client contact on site, conducting pre‑work surveys, risk assessments, and end‑of‑day reporting.
• Order materials when required and oversee complete project delivery.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout all works.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring work is completed within financial limits.
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance and site‑specific requirements.
• Support staff and management through proactive communication and actions.
• Secure vehicles, plant, and equipment at the end of each day.
• Handle data‑protected information responsibly when communicating with management, colleagues, and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, purchasing, and delivering landscaping projects to a high standard.
• Forward‑thinking problem‑solver who can implement solutions without compromising quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and the ability to represent the company professionally on site.
