Late Shift Attendant

About the role

The Late Shift Attendant will join the team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, providing high‑quality service during the afternoon‑evening period. Working from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, you will ensure guest areas are clean, comfortable and ready for a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas and the garden during the late shift.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests and any immediate needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Complete shift reports and hand over duties to the next team.

Required profile

• Availability to work between 1:30 pm and 10:00 pm, including weekends.
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, warm and authentic personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
