Late Shift Room Attendant

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Kimpton Charlotte Square as a Late Shift Room Attendant. You will work evenings to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival. This full‑time position offers the chance to be part of the IHG family and develop a career in hotel service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces during the late shift (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm).
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies according to hotel standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the property.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure smooth hand‑overs.

Required profile

• Availability to work evenings, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to assist in different hotel areas.
• Warm, authentic personality with a can‑do service mindset.
