Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001) – Subcontractor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Auditor to join our subcontractor talent pool. The role involves planning, conducting and reporting ISO audits for a variety of client organisations across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report on audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to clients on findings and improvement opportunities.
• Review and verify clients’ management systems, documenting compliance levels and preparing detailed audit reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ISO standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders throughout the audit process.

Required profile

• Lead Auditor certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant auditing experience across these standards.
• Strong understanding of quality, environmental, health & safety and information security management systems.
• Excellent analytical, report‑writing and communication skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Proven track record of independent or subcontracted audit engagements.
