About the role
We are seeking a Lead AV Installation Engineer to join the UK’s premier AV systems integrator specialising in high‑end bespoke residential projects. You will lead a team of installers, ensure projects meet award‑winning standards, and act as the primary client liaison on site.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate installation engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee configuration, commissioning and testing of Crestron, Lutron and Control4 systems.
- Manage client communications and ensure documentation aligns with project specifications.
- Provide on‑site technical guidance and troubleshoot complex AV and smart‑home integrations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high‑end bespoke AV installations.
- Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and manage client relationships.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites.
