Lead Chef – Crealy Resort

About the role

We are looking for a confident and friendly Lead Chef to run the kitchen at Crealy’s resort and theme‑park venues. You will be responsible for preparing a home‑cooked pub menu and fresh dishes across several food outlets while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for the Clubhouse Restaurant and theme‑park food outlets.
• Lead and support a kitchen team of 2–4 staff, providing training on new dishes.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage stock levels, place orders and assist with stock takes.
• Ensure food safety procedures and kitchen cleanliness are followed at all times.
• Contribute ideas to improve dishes, service and guest experience, and support special events and seasonal activities.

Required profile

• Motivated, organised and confident in running a kitchen.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for supporting and developing others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for food quality and guest satisfaction.
