About the role
As the Lead CMF Designer you will report to the Head of Colour and Trim and drive the creation of colour, material and finish concepts for Bentley Motors. This hybrid role blends strategic design leadership with hands‑on development of 2D and 3D visualisations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative CMF proposals that align with brand values and luxury positioning.
- Produce and present design concepts using 2D sketches, 3D models and digital media.
- Coordinate project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal design teams, engineering, and external suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain design documentation and support the strategic direction of the CMF team.
Required profile
- Degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record as a CMF designer in the automotive sector with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and creative thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Alias, or similar)
