Lead Consultant – Oracle HCM Fusion Absence & Payroll

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules – Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence – for public sector clients in the United Kingdom. You will guide projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle and translate complex technical solutions for both technical teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for UK public sector clients.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.
• Manage data migrations, integrations and reporting across the relevant modules.
• Prepare and deliver training, conference‑room pilots and post‑implementation hyper‑care.
• Produce and review Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks and Change Requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 + years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, preferably within the UK public sector.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including CRP/playback sessions and training delivery.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence modules.
• HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting.
• Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader.
• System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.
• Experience with data migrations, integrations and reporting.
