Lead Data Analyst – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to own advanced analytics within a growing data function, delivering insight across high‑profile client work. This hybrid London role offers the chance to move beyond standard reporting and shape analytics strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of advanced analytics for pre‑campaign analysis, campaign creation support and outcome evaluation.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, ensuring best‑practice analytical outputs across the team.
• Work with diverse datasets including campaign performance, sales, financial and customer data.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior analysts, initially overseeing one or two team members with potential to grow.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the use of advanced analytics within the business.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in fast‑paced, client‑driven timelines.

Required profile

• Strong programming capability in Python.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets and performing advanced analysis.
• Ability to draw insight from varied data sources and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing demands.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, or a clear desire to move into leadership.
• Exposure to commercial or client‑facing environments is beneficial.
