Lead Decision Scientist (Experimentation)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, product‑led technology company that is expanding its Data & AI function. As Lead Decision Scientist (Experimentation) you will shape product strategy by turning data into commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve high‑value business problems using data analysis.
• Conduct product and exploratory analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, to inform product decisions.
• Define success metrics and assess product performance against them.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other cross‑functional teams to influence roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product analytics, decision science or commercial analytics.
• Strong SQL and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience designing and evaluating experiments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence decision‑making.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous product environments.
