Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to drive multiple end‑to‑end implementations for UK SMEs. You will work closely with customers, mentor junior consultants, and help shape the practice within a fast‑growing Microsoft Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle D365 Business Central projects from discovery to go‑live.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Mentor and develop junior functional consultants.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including demos and proposal preparation.
• Act as escalation point for consultants and support teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Proven experience leading multiple full‑lifecycle projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills.
• Previous experience in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
