Lead Generation Executive – Property Sector

About the role

We are seeking a confident Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team, focusing on the property sector. Working remotely, you will introduce our innovative service to estate agencies and book qualified appointments for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective business customers.
• Identify decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and book high‑quality appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs and nurture leads through follow‑up activity.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team and work towards individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, sales development or appointment setting.
• Confident making outbound B2B calls with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage time effectively.
• Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (experience using a CRM system).

• Basic salary £25,000‑£27,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE ~£32,000).
