Lead Generation Executive – Sales Development Rep

About the role

We are seeking a confident Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. Working remotely with hybrid flexibility, you will introduce an innovative service to estate agencies and book qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective business customers in the property sector.
• Identify decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and book high‑quality appointments.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs and nurture leads through follow‑up activity.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, sales development or appointment setting.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage time effectively.
• Resilient, positive and target‑driven, comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
