Lead Integrator – Hybrid (Leeds/Edinburgh)

About the role

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Integrator to drive strategic, high‑impact change across its Intermediary Platform. Working in a hybrid model, you will coordinate complex, multi‑party implementations and ensure seamless integration between internal labs, group functions and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute integration strategy aligned with lab and group priorities.
• Manage dependencies across multiple labs, platforms and third‑party suppliers.
• Act as senior interface between suppliers and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of high‑risk implementations.
• Coordinate shared infrastructure changes and ensure compliance with group‑wide governance.
• Provide strategic oversight for governance activities across labs.
• Identify, mitigate and escalate delivery risks and blockers at senior forums.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading multi‑party change initiatives at scale.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
• Track record of managing high‑risk, complex implementations.
• Resilience and sound judgement in high‑pressure environments.
• Experience with the FNZ platform or similar tech stack is highly desirable.
• Leadership skills to coach, mentor and inspire teams.
