Lead Occupational Health Advisor

About the role
The Lead Occupational Health Advisor will support a team of Occupational Health Advisers in delivering high‑quality OH assessment services to a diverse client base. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will combine clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day activities of OH Advisers and collaborate with the OH Manager.
- Ensure clinical service delivery meets departmental KPIs and SLAs.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Manage assessment workflow to guarantee timely, high‑quality reports within SLA.
- Identify training needs, deliver induction presentations and develop new training programmes.
- Provide clinical, risk and safeguarding guidance to advisers, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Required profile
- Professional clinical background in occupational health.
- Experience managing teams and monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- Ability to conduct at least ten client appointments per week.
