Lead Platform Architect (OpenShift)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Architect to own the architecture and evolution of large‑scale Red Hat OpenShift platforms that support business‑critical services in complex enterprise environments. This role is strategic rather than hands‑on, focusing on defining platform strategy, influencing technical direction, and ensuring the platforms remain secure, resilient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long‑term OpenShift platform strategy and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve enterprise‑grade container platforms and ensure high availability, disaster recovery and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing commercial OpenShift platforms and enterprise Kubernetes architectures.
• Background in managing platform lifecycle, governance and operating in regulated or large‑enterprise environments.
