About the role
Operose Health is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to join its Lincoln Green practice in Leeds. The role involves supporting the registered manager, ensuring CQC compliance, and delivering high‑quality primary‑care services to patients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow practice policies.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatment, chronic disease management, and care evaluation.

Required skills
