Lead Producer – AAA Game Development

About the role

Stellar Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Lead Producer to own production on an unannounced AAA title. You will guide a team of Producers, ensure wellbeing, and drive efficient pipelines while championing the creative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Producers, providing guidance on best practice, workload and career development.
• Own the production pipeline strategy end‑to‑end, aligning multiple workstreams and allocating resources effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, artists and engineers to refine features and maintain the game’s vision.
• Break projects into manageable milestones, run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and reviews.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as primary contact for senior leadership and external partners, representing production in publisher discussions.
• Monitor project metrics, drive continuous improvement and optimise development processes.
• Own budget and resourcing decisions, partnering with leadership to prioritise scope and headcount.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead Producer or equivalent, having shipped multiple full game lifecycles, ideally AAA titles.
• Strong background in game production, project management or developer management within the games industry.
• Excellent people‑management, relationship‑building and client‑facing skills.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or line‑managing other Producers.
• Ability to motivate and align cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello and Monday.
• Experience with game engines, specifically Unity and Unreal Engine.
