About the role

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical design, implementation, and operational considerations.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive engineering enablement, best‑practice adoption, and tooling standards across the community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical leadership of backend or full‑stack teams.
• Strong background in building APIs and services using modern object‑oriented languages.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality applications at scale.
