Lead Talent Sourcing Partner – Front Office Hiring (Vice President)

About the role

Citi is seeking a senior talent sourcing professional to lead the acquisition of front‑office talent across its Banking, Wealth, Markets and Services businesses. This Vice President‑level position will drive sourcing strategy, build pipelines and provide market intelligence for revenue‑generating lines.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to design and execute sourcing plans for assigned requisitions.
• Develop and maintain a high‑quality talent pipeline in priority disciplines and geographic markets.
• Deliver detailed market intelligence on organizational structures, compensation trends and competitor hiring activity.
• Collaborate with the in‑house Executive Search function to align sourcing efforts with senior‑level hiring needs.
• Screen, engage and assess candidates in compliance with Citi’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, continuously improving quality, time‑to‑fill and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing for revenue‑generating roles within banking, wealth management or capital markets.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent analytical skills to produce actionable market intelligence.
• Demonstrated track record of managing end‑to‑end candidate pipelines.
• Understanding of global hiring policies and best‑practice sourcing guidelines.
