Lead Technical Product Owner

About the role

Costa Coffee is looking for a Lead Technical Product Owner to drive the vision and strategy of its key enterprise platforms. You will own the product lifecycle for SaaS, PaaS and COTS solutions that support the business across more than 50 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of one or more enterprise platforms such as D365, Anaplan, Profisee, SPAR and the Data Warehouse.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prioritise features, manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery of releases.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback and continuously improve platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product ownership for enterprise‑scale technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving, multi‑brand environment.
