Lead Technical Program Manager

About the role

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is building a new digital bank called Chase and needs a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex technology initiatives. You will work within the ICB Technology Program Team, coordinating cross‑functional squads to deliver new products and strategic projects on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and communicate detailed program plans, including milestones, decisions and risk registers.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end delivery across engineering and operations teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and roadmap.
• Manage governance processes, dependency tracking and stakeholder communication, including third‑party partners.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, removing impediments and enabling predictable, measurable outcomes.
• Monitor budget, scope and timeline adherence, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering and other technical specialists to launch new digital banking features.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale technology programs in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong initiative and bias for action, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Interest in digital banking, fintech innovation and inclusive team culture.
