Lead Trading Support Analyst – FIX & Trading Support

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Trading Support Analyst to join a leading execution services team that supports global cash equities trading across EMEA. The role focuses on FIX protocol client onboarding, connectivity testing and day‑to‑day production support in a fast‑paced broker‑dealer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 trading support for cash equities, DMA/DSA and electronic trading platforms.
• Manage FIX client onboarding, certification and connectivity testing with clients, brokers, vendors and exchanges.
• Support OMS/EMS and trade‑flow systems to ensure seamless order execution.
• Troubleshoot FIX connectivity, order flow and related trading issues.
• Collaborate closely with traders, infrastructure teams, vendors and global support groups.
• Maintain relationships with exchanges, brokers and market connectivity providers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in FIX protocol support and electronic trading environments.
• Strong background in cash equities trading support within a broker‑dealer or execution services setting.
• Experience with OMS/EMS platforms such as Fidessa or FlexTrade.
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with traders and external clients.
