Leadership and Talent Advisor

About the role

The Leadership and Talent Advisor will design, implement and continuously improve talent development initiatives that drive employee growth, engagement and retention across CB&I Asset Solutions. Working closely with senior leaders and HR partners, you will shape a culture of inclusion, continuous learning and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programs for workforce retention, employee engagement and DEI alignment.
• Facilitate instructor‑led training, coaching and mentoring sessions.
• Lead global rollout of development programmes, including high‑potential and leadership skill tracks.
• Analyse talent data and training effectiveness to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Create onboarding curricula, on‑the‑job training and compliance tracking within the LMS.
• Support leaders in building engaged, high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent development, leadership training or HR advisory roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use statistical data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a hands‑on, project‑driven environment across multiple regions.

Required skills

• Cornerstone LMS (or similar learning management system).
