Leak Detection Technician / Plumber (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated plumber to join our growing team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role covers Surrey and London and focuses on identifying and locating water leaks in domestic and commercial properties using specialist detection methods.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out non‑invasive leak detection in domestic and commercial properties.
• Conduct gas tracer testing and other specialist leak detection techniques.
• Diagnose plumbing faults and pinpoint the source of water leaks efficiently.
• Provide clear reports and recommendations after each inspection.
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Keep the company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Represent the company positively when dealing with customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified plumber – Minimum Level 2 Plumbing Qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in leak detection is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
