Lean Six Sigma Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lean Six Sigma Business Transformation Consultant to join a high‑profile Primary Market Oversight programme within a leading financial services organisation. The role focuses on reviewing and improving business processes, operating models, governance frameworks and data management to boost efficiency, control and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assessments of current‑state processes across multiple functions.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, control gaps and data‑quality issues.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to design future‑state processes and Target Operating Models.
• Prioritise quick‑wins, medium‑term improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Assess automation opportunities and recommend digitisation solutions.
• Produce process maps, gap analyses, executive presentations and implementation road‑maps.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Lean Six Sigma‑led transformation programmes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong background in process improvement, re‑engineering and operational excellence.
• Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models in regulated environments.
