Learning Coach for SQE (Remote, UK)

About the role

Support aspiring solicitors on their path to qualification by providing one‑to‑one coaching, mentoring and academic support. Join BARBRI as a Learning Coach to keep students engaged, motivated and exam‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one coaching and mentoring across BARBRI programmes, including the SQE.
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions, respond to student inquiries and escalations, and proactively engage learners to drive progression and course completion.
• Collaborate with Learning Delivery, Operations and Content teams, maintain accurate student records in BARBRI’s CRM and LMS, and support quality assurance of learning materials.
• Participate in marketing events, webinars and act as a BARBRI ambassador promoting professionalism.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor and/or Barrister of England and Wales.
• Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching or academic support.
• Strong legal knowledge and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or ability to use CRM platforms.
• Experience or ability to use LMS platforms.
