Learning & Development Digital Advisor – Microsoft 365 & Copilot

About the role

The Learning and Development Digital Advisor will help staff across Richmond and Wandsworth maximise the benefits of Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You will design, deliver and continuously improve practical learning interventions that support the organisation’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver face‑to‑face and remote learning sessions on Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot.
• Maintain the SharePoint Navigator Communications site and share updates via the Navigator Engage community.
• Create learning materials in various formats (guides, videos, posters, blogs).
• Facilitate action‑learning sets, clinics and events to encourage peer‑to‑peer learning.
• Listen to user feedback, analyse insights and refine the learning offer.
• Collaborate with the wider L&D team and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the training cycle.
• Experience designing and delivering learning across multiple platforms.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences and provide excellent customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to service delivery.
• Experience creating promotional materials such as posters, news articles or blogs is desirable.
