Learning & Development Training Partner – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join the People Team at K3 Advisory Group as a Learning & Development Training Partner. This 12‑month fixed‑term role will help shape and deliver L&D initiatives across the organisation, supporting performance, growth and career development for over 1,000 colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs.
• Design and deliver engaging programmes focused on professional skills, leadership and performance.
• Support onboarding, induction and ongoing colleague development initiatives.
• Create blended learning solutions using face‑to‑face, virtual and digital methods.
• Develop reusable learning materials and resources.
• Contribute to a consistent L&D framework and centre of excellence.
• Monitor feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships across People, leadership and wider business teams.

Required profile

• Adaptable with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with high attention to detail.
• Confident facilitator and communicator with strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
