About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Hillingdon. You will work with adults and students who have learning disabilities and complex needs, providing personal care and support to promote independence and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Support students in an SEN school environment, helping them engage with learning activities.
- Promote independence and wellbeing through tailored assistance.
Required profile
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Commitment to a full‑time, long‑term role.
