Learning Experience Manager

About the role

The Learning Experience Manager will lead a busy operational team to ensure that customers enjoy a seamless experience while undertaking qualifications and training with Sava School of Surveying. You will organise resources, schedule sessions and maintain high service standards, working both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a small operational team, monitoring workloads and performance.
• Coordinate training delivery, booking dates with internal and external trainers and ensuring all resources are available.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across the training process.
• Use operational systems to plan, track and report on training activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience leading or working within a busy operational or administrative team.
• Confidence using technology and digital platforms to manage workflows.

What we offer

• Salary between £35,000 and £40,000 per year.
• 25 days annual leave plus employer pension contributions (3%).
• Hybrid working: Monday‑Thursday on site, Friday remote.
