Learning Facilitator

About the role

As a Learning Facilitator at C&C Group, you will design, deliver and embed high‑impact learning experiences that develop the capabilities, behaviours and mindsets needed to achieve the company’s business ambition. The role sits within Talent Development and works across the organisation to meet business‑prioritised learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learning programmes in face‑to‑face, virtual and digital formats.
• Design engaging learning content and learner journeys using modern instructional design techniques.
• Create high‑quality learning materials with tools such as Articulate and 7Taps.
• Support colleagues in applying new knowledge to their day‑to‑day roles.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve programmes.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning drives behaviour change and business performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with learning trends, best practices and digital innovations.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and team effectiveness frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate.
• Proficiency with 7Taps.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Thrive desirable).
