Learning Review Team Lead

About the role

International Schools Partnership (ISP) seeks a Learning Review Team Lead to drive the Learning Review process, supporting schools in improving student outcomes and moving towards Mastery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Learning Review process for an assigned school, coordinating pre‑review, review and post‑review activities.
• Manage the review team, delegate tasks, ensure evidence collection, conduct learning visits and produce the final review report.
• Build trusting relationships with school leaders, maintain evidence folders, and handle safeguarding concerns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a member of Learning Review teams or equivalent review processes.
• Senior school leadership experience with a record of raising educational standards.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B2 minimum); additional language a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Learning Improvement Process (LIP) and ability to evaluate evidence against its nine criteria.
• Completed safeguarding and child protection training.
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and related tools for document management.
