About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join schools across South East England. In this role you will help students with diverse learning needs to access the curriculum and build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Key responsibilities

Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils.
Assist students with additional needs, including SEND.
Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
Encourage student engagement, positive behaviour and wellbeing.
Help develop pupils’ social and emotional skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents and support staff.

Required profile

Positive, patient and caring attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build constructive relationships with young people.
Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
