Learning Support Assistant – Flexible Supply Role

About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across schools in Highbridge and the surrounding area. This role offers the chance to support pupils individually or in small groups, helping them achieve their learning goals while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group assistance to pupils during lessons.
• Support classroom activities and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Assist students with additional needs, with SEN experience considered an advantage.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an education setting.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
