About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work with KS1 and KS2 pupils in South Liverpool. The role involves one‑to‑one support, helping children with daily activities and academic tasks, and assisting the wider classroom during lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised 1‑2‑1 support to primary‑age students.
- Assist with day‑to‑day activities and classroom routines.
- Deliver targeted academic assistance where needed.
- Support the teacher and wider class during lessons.
- Promote student engagement and confidence in learning.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a primary school or child‑care environment.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable.
- Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Availability for full‑time work, with part‑time considered.
- Commitment to start in September 2026.
