Learning Support Assistant – Full‑time (Enfield)

About the role

The school is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join its modern, purpose‑built campus in Enfield. You will work directly with pupils who have additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, providing one‑to‑one and small‑group support in a variety of academic lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted support to pupils with SEND on a 1‑to‑1 and small‑group basis.
• Collaborate with the SENDCO and subject teachers to plan and assess interventions.
• Prepare and contribute to pupil assessments, progress reports and individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate records of support sessions and outcomes.
• Promote a calm, consistent learning environment that encourages progress.
